How It Works:
Referrals and intake services are coordinated through structured procedures based on the client’s needs and referral source
Clinic referrals may be initiated through walk-ins, phone inquiries, or scheduled appointments.
School-based referrals are coordinated through assigned therapists, school staff, or parent requests.
DJS referrals may originate from parole officers, case managers, or authorized personnel within the juvenile services system.
Substance abuse treatment referrals may come from treatment facilities or direct client requests.
Contract-based referrals follow established administrative procedures specific to each partner program.
Clients complete intake forms, treatment consents, and assessment packets before services begin.
Therapists and intake coordinators assist with intake procedures for both on-site and community-based appointments.
Authorization and insurance verification procedures are coordinated before treatment services continue

Intake and
Clinical Process
Office staff may contact clients before scheduled appointments to confirm intake visits, review medication information, and answer preliminary questions related to treatment services. Intake sessions include completing required forms, reviewing treatment expectations, and establishing an initial therapeutic connection designed to reduce anxiety and support participation.
Assessments, authorizations, and clinical documentation are completed according to OMHC and Medicaid clinical requirements. Services remain subject to eligibility verification and insurance approval requirements.
Personalize
Care Plans
Each client receives an individualized treatment approach based on behavioral health needs, recovery goals, emotional concerns, and clinical assessments. Care plans are reviewed and adjusted throughout treatment to help support continued progress, symptom management, and service coordination.
